The melting and cooling times are clearly marked on the barcode of each accessory. This information can also be obtained with the barcode reader, or through the SMARTFUSE APP. Plasson electrofusion fittings are specifically designed for reliable, high-performance piping, to ensure good bonding and long system life. It has been shown that the Plasson automated electrofusion system and with the help of the SMARTFUSE APP is more reliable by generating the traceability of the installation process, minimizing human error.

DERIVATION
SADDLES
All Plasson ElectroFusion fittings (for pressure ratings 160 psi and above) are manufactured from black high-density polyethylene (PE4710 / PE100) based on composite resins per PPI TR-4 list specifications and in accordance with international regulations for drinking water.
After several years of design and development, in 2012 Plasson started the production of Simple Taps / Bypass Saddles for installation in pipes. Making the derivations more facial, reducing installation times, and above all: it is not necessary to cut the tube, it is even possible to make derivations in live lines.

REPAMAX VERSATILE POWERFUL STAINLESS STEEL COUPLINGS
Repamax® is a highly versatile stainless steel coupling for connecting and repairing a wide range of water and wastewater pipes. Repamax® products are distinguished by their exceptional durability, flexibility, and resilience to harsh conditions. The Repamax coupling can join pipes of the same or different diameters and repair holes and cracks.

Wide range, in sizes from DN40 to DN2000 with a variety of body widths and tolerance ranges to choose from.

Extremely versatile, it can be used as a clamp for longitudinal cracks or complete circumferential breaks, as well as large corrosion holes or extensive surface pitting.

It can also be used as a coupling, connecting pipes of the same or different materials or with different outer diameters (up to a 10 mm transition). It can also be used to bridge large gaps between pipe ends.

Repamax can perform both functions:

Allows repair operators to be more effective; one product can be used as a clamp or coupling, saving time and travel.

Wide-body versions (Repamax Xtra) can be used to replace worn or damaged pipe joints, such as socket and spigot joints or older couplings. Remove the old joint, and the combination of Repamax's ability to bridge large gaps between pipe ends and to be installed on pipes in situ means that the repair can be carried out quickly and with minimal disruption.

The Repamax can be rotated to place bolts in the optimal position for tightening, making installation ergonomic and more comfortable and efficient for the installer.

HYMAX LONG BODY LARGE DIAMETER
The HYMAX wide-range long-body coupling, used for pipe section replacement, connects two pipes of the same or different circumferences and materials, covering a wider space between pipes, with a range of up to 54 mm.
Long couplings are typically used when there is uncertainty regarding the spacing between pipes.
Sizes from 350mm to 600mm are standard and 650mm to 1500mm are MTO (Made to Order).
